We had a lovely lunch, delicious ceviche and grilled tuna. Good place to rest from the heat. Minus: very uncomfortable chairs ;)

We stumbled into this place while looking for a restaurant to have dinner. The service and food were excellent. No nonsense menu and no sleazy/slimy/slick waiters/waitresses.

First off our server Ricardo was fantastic! We really appreciated his friendliness, patience and willingness to help us with our Spanish, he was exceptional. The food was excellent. I ordered the flank steak that Ricardo recommended, it was excellent. My wife got the salmon which was very good and the mashed potato, pesto rice and mixed greens salad sides we ordered were all very good. This was definitely our best meal in Santiago so far.

Let me tell you…. Barrio Lastarria in Santiago Chile, it’s a very popular and alternative area to stay and to eat, but the Tres Valles Restaurant it’s the highlight of the area, great location, here you are able to eat delicious authentic dishes with a hint of modern cuisine. The service is very nice with very polite staff. Thank you, and please see my photos through them you will see how much we enjoyed them.
